The Concept

Dallas has the parts.
Not the place.

Dallas has great gyms. Excellent spas. A recovery scene that has finally arrived. What it does not have is a private club that holds them together and keeps the room to the people we choose.

Lumière is a wellness club, boutique by design, with the privacy of a members' club. Serious training and a proper recovery circuit, set in rooms made to be lingered in, among a membership chosen to share them. Not a facility you pass through. A place you belong to.

Arrive

Keycard in. A coffee from the café before your coat is off. No desk, no queue, no friction.

Train

A full strength and cardio floor with room to move, even at the morning peak. Staff on the floor, not behind a counter.

Recover

The circuit, unhurried: rinse, cold plunge, the stone-clad mineral pool, Finnish sauna, infrared, then the loungers. Communal and coed.

Reset

Private locker suites, stocked. Salt & Stone at the vanity, oversized Turkish cotton towel service, Dyson hair tools. You leave better than you arrived.

Stay

Back to the lounge and the café. A reason to linger after you train, and a reason to come on a day you do not.

Lumière

French, for light. The quality of a room at the right hour. Of a body that has rested.

Membership begins when the club opens, in 2027. Until then, the waitlist is open — by application only. When enrollment begins, invitations are extended in order, and the charter rate of $275 belongs to the earliest names on the list. Standard is $325 at opening.

A Note

Dallas has never been short on places to train, or places to be cared for. It has been short on a single address that does both, in the heart of the city, without asking you to choose between them.

I wanted one room to move through at the end of a day. To train, and then to let the day go. Cold water, dry heat, the slow part of the evening. A space quiet by design, kept to people one would have chosen to be among.

What the city offers at this level was built for scale. Lumière is built for the opposite: a room kept deliberately intimate, a membership chosen with care, a standard that does not soften as it fills. We would sooner be complete than open to everyone.

It did not exist. So it does now.
