Lumière (“we,” “us”) operates lumiere-dallas.com (the “Site”) and is collecting membership applications ahead of opening. No payment is collected with an application. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- Application details you provide: name, email, confirmation that you are 21 or older, profession, gender (optional), Instagram and LinkedIn (optional), how you found us, who referred you (if applicable), and your written statement.
- Payment information — none is collected with an application. Deposits placed under an earlier version of the Site were entered directly into and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage and device data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including via the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels.
How We Use It
- To review and respond to your membership application.
- To process, and where applicable refund, any previously placed deposit.
- To communicate with you about Lumière and your application.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including conversion measurement on Meta and TikTok.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and form processing), Google Workspace (email), and Meta and TikTok (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising & Cookies
We use the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to understand how visitors interact with the Site and to measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your Meta and TikTok ad settings, and manage cookies through your browser.
Prior Deposits
No payment is collected with applications. Any $100 deposit placed under an earlier version of the Site is being returned in full to the original payment method; to request a refund, email members@lumiere-dallas.com.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may unsubscribe from our communications at any time. Texas residents have rights under applicable state law. To make a request, contact us below.
