Terms of Service
By using lumiere-dallas.com (the “Site”) and submitting a membership application, you agree to these terms.
Application & Approval
Submitting an application and deposit does not guarantee membership. Lumière reviews applications and may approve or decline any application at its sole discretion, without explanation.
The Deposit
- The $100 deposit reserves your place in the application queue.
- It is fully refundable if your application is not approved, or if Lumière does not open.
- If you are approved and choose to enroll, the deposit is applied to your first month’s dues.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Membership is subject to the monthly dues for the plan selected and an annual membership fee, set out in the membership agreement provided at enrollment.
Membership & Pricing
Standard membership is $325 per month and begins when the club opens. Charter membership is offered at $275 per month as an introductory rate for a limited time before opening, and includes a complimentary treatment. Signature membership is $549 per month and is limited in number. An annual membership fee applies to all plans. Rates, inclusions, commitment, and conduct standards are set out in full in the membership agreement provided at enrollment, which governs in the event of any conflict with the Site.
Founding Membership
The founding tier is limited to fifty members and, once filled, does not reopen. The founding rate is locked for twenty-four months from the start of membership, after which it steps to the founding renewal rate set out in the membership agreement. Full membership terms, including pricing, commitment, and conduct standards, are set out in that agreement.
Opening Timeline
Lumière is a pre-opening business targeting a 2027 opening. Dates are estimates and may change. If Lumière does not open, all deposits are refunded in full.
Your Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully. Lumière may decline or terminate any application or membership for conduct inconsistent with its standards.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and pre-opening materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits your right to a refund of your deposit as described above.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
