By using lumiere-dallas.com (the “Site”) and submitting a membership application, you agree to these terms.
Pre-Opening Notice
Lumière is pre-opening. Memberships are not offered or sold, and no member contract is formed, before the club opens. An application places you under consideration for membership; membership begins only at enrollment, when an accepted applicant signs a membership agreement. Eligibility
Membership is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. Lumière may require proof of age at enrollment.
Applications & Review
- Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Lumière reviews every application and may approve or decline any application at its sole discretion, without explanation.
- No payment is requested or accepted with an application.
- An accepted application holds a place in line. As opening approaches, accepted applicants are invited to enroll in order of acceptance.
- You may withdraw your application, and Lumière may remove or reconsider any application, at any time before enrollment.
Membership & Pricing
Rates shown on the Site are the planned rates for membership when the club opens: Charter at $275 per month, Standard at $325 per month, and Signature at $549 per month, limited in number. A one-time initiation fee applies. All rates, inclusions, commitments, and conduct standards are confirmed in the membership agreement provided at enrollment, which governs in the event of any conflict with the Site.
Founding Members
The founding tier is limited to fifty members and, once filled, does not reopen. Lumière will honor, for each founding member who enrolls when membership opens, the founding rate at which that member was accepted, on the terms set out in that member’s membership agreement. Each founding member’s rate and its duration are recorded and confirmed at enrollment.
Deposits
No deposit is collected during the pre-opening period. A deposit will be due at signing of the membership agreement, applied as set out in that agreement. Any deposit placed under an earlier version of the Site is being returned in full to the original payment method; to request a refund, email members@lumiere-dallas.com.
Opening Timeline
Lumière is targeting a 2027 opening. Dates are estimates and may change. If Lumière does not open, any deposit that has been collected is refunded in full.
Your Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully. Lumière may decline or terminate any application or membership for conduct inconsistent with its standards.
Limitation of Liability
The Site and pre-opening materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits your right to a refund of your deposit as described above.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
