A communal coed recovery circuit: cold plunge, a stone-clad mineral pool, Finnish sauna, and infrared, alongside a full training floor, a reformer studio with mat pilates and yoga, a spa, a café, and a member lounge. Boutique in scale, and reserved for the people we accept. It opens in 2027.

Charter membership is $275 a month — a rate reserved for the earliest names on the list, with a complimentary treatment to begin. Standard is $325 a month and begins when the club opens. Signature, our exclusive tier, is $549 a month and kept to very few.

A club is only ever the people in it. Applying lets us build a membership that feels considered to everyone in the room — not exclusivity for its own sake, but the reason the room works.
