The Club

A private club,
built around
recovery.

Lumière is a members' club in the Dallas Design District, a single place for recovery, training, and the kind of environment the city has never quite had.

The Idea

A wellness club,
boutique by design.

Dallas has great gyms. It has great spas. It has water you can pay to visit by the day. What it did not have was a private club built around how a day should feel, and reserved for the people serious enough to want one.

Lumière brings it together behind one door, at a boutique scale. A full training floor. A reformer studio with mat pilates and yoga. A communal recovery circuit: cold plunge, a stone-clad mineral pool, Finnish sauna, and infrared. A spa for treatment. And at the center, a lounge to stay in.

Not a facility you pass through. A place you belong to. Open only to those we accept.

A communal recovery circuit, built to be shared.
Lumière
[ loo·mee·air ]

French, for light. The quality of a room at the right hour. Of a body that has rested. Of a place that knows what to leave out.

The Environment

Designed to feel
like yours.

A great deal of thought went into how the club feels to move through. The plan runs from active and open at the front to quiet and private at the rear. You arrive, you pause, and the club opens around you, never a corridor of doors, never a room that puts your back to the entrance.

Generous, considered locker and changing rooms. A lounge built for staying. And membership by application, so the room is always composed of people who belong in it.

Considered Light, calm, and quiet A privacy gradient from the street to the rear. Soft thresholds. Rooms that breathe.
Comfortable Space to change and stay Generous locker and vanity space, an accessible changing suite, and a lounge with daybeds, warmth, and tea.
Composed You know who is in the room Every member is admitted by application. The club is only ever the people we accept into it.

By Choice

Fewer rooms,
done properly.

We are often asked why we do not add more, a longer list of amenities, a wing for everything. The answer is that a club is not a list. It is a feeling of being looked after, and that is easier to protect when every room has been considered than when there are simply more of them.

Twelve thousand square feet, built ground-up as a single considered environment rather than a gym with rooms added on. Generous where it matters, and intimate by intention. Everything in it is there because it earned its place.

The Place

Design District.
Dallas.

The Design District is where Dallas comes to be serious about beauty: raw concrete, generous ceilings, natural light. It suits us. The club opens in 2027.

The exact address is shared with members. The first members are being admitted now, ahead of opening.
